When parking downtown your best bet is usually a flat rate lot but if you're in a pinch or you just prefer to park at a meter there's an app that allows you to pay your meter AND (here's the great part) you can add more time to your meter without walking all the way back to your car!!! The app also lets you do a few other useful things like pin your parking spot on a map in case you're in an unfamiliar area and are feeling a little turned around.
